Staying at Tuli in Pench and Kanha
One of the premier resorts in the area is Tuli. That is to say, if you
want to enjoy a wildlife safari in style and with friendly service, then
this is the place to stay.
Tuli’s facilities include a swimming pool, spa (steam room, sauna and
offering of Western, Oriental and Indian massage treatments), library,
billiards room and dining hall. At night the resort is lit up in fire
lanterns, giving an exotic experience. Tuli also organises activities
apart from safaris such as an evening tribal dance, or walks or a trip
to the local market.
Guests have a choice of staying in their cottages or luxury tents. Each
cottage and tent is well appointed....their luxury tents, for example,
have a bath, television with DVD player, mini-bar, air-conditioner/heater,
large writing desk and sofa chairs.
Both properties are surrounded with lots of greenery. The Pench property
has teak plantation around it, whilst the Kanha property has sal and bamboo.
Tuli Kanha’s Chief Naturalist is Indrajit Latey, whose infectious enthusiasm
is only matched by his extensive knowledge of wildlife. Tuli Pench’s Naturalists
Pradeep Singh and Narayan Rangaswamy will expertly guide you through the
parks and attend to your every question.
